RE: SAND POINT ESTATES - FINAL PLAT
Dear Mr. Bamburg:
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a final
plat of Sand Point Estates, was approved unanimously by the Coppell City
Council on February 11, 1992, subject to the following conditions being
noted on the final plat:
1) waiver of maximum cul-de-sac length;
2) alleys deleted for Lots 1, 12 and 13 of Block A;
3] provision of five (5) foot utility easement along front of Lots 16
and 17 of Block A;
4) finished floor elevation of 475.0 shown on Lots 2 and 3 of Block B;
5) all development fees paid; and
6) escrow agreement be approved between Developer and City
Please denote item #'s 1-4 on the face of the plat. Item #5, regarding
development fees should be worked out with Ken Griffin, City Engineer,
along with item #6 which addresses the preparation of the roadway excrow
agreement for Sandy Lake Road.
This plat must be filed with the Dallas County Plat Department prior to
August 11, 1992, for final execution. If the plat is not filed within six
(6) months, it will be deemed null and void and reapplication will be
necessary.
