Marcie, this exhibit presents our proposed placement of landscaping along the south
side of Sandy Lake Road in accordance with the Landscape Plane submitted with
the approved SJV Zoning Application. We would like to note that although we have
shown all of the landscaping called for in the Zoning Application, in order to do so
we have had to use all of the space available between the proposed new roadway
and the top of bank for the Woodbridge Channel. This approach may not leave
room for a sidewalk if one is to be installed. Also we are now showing trees and
plants in the existing City of Coppell 20' water line easement, and thus over the
