Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have reviewed the above referenced plat for general
conformance to the City of Coppell ordinances and standards. The
following sets forth our comments.
1. We are reviewing the final construction plans at this time.
2. Minimum turn radius for fire lanes should be 30' Curve C-9
and C-il are less.
3. Indicate adjoining property zoning classification.
4. Indicate TP&L easement width along Sandy Lake Road frontage.
Other than the above stated items, we have no further objection
to the plat as submitted. Should you have any questions or need
