Dear Mr. DeCluitt:
This letter is to inform you that the Sandy Lake Plaza, Replat of Lot 1 into Lots
1 and 2, Block A, to allow the creation of two separate lots and the recordation
of additional easements on 4.153 acres of property located at the southeast
corner of E. Sandy Lake and S. Moore Roads, was recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 21, 1999.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday,
February 9, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at
this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application. Please submit 17 additional folded copies of this replat by 12 noon,
Wednesday, January 27th, in order for this case to be forward on to Council.
