RE: Sandy Lake Crossing, Lot 2, Preliminary and Final Plats
Dear Howard:
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a
preliminary and final plat for Sandy Lake Crossing, Lot 2, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on October 15, 1987. The stipulation attached to the final plat is that
the construction plans must be approved by the City Engineer prior to
final plat moving forward to the City Council agenda.
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the City Council is
November 10, 1987. A representative for this case must be present at
the City Concil meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in
the denial of this application.
