Dear Mr. Smedul:
On Tuesday night, October 15, 1986, the Coppell City CoUncil considered
a request for appeal of the Planning and Zoning Department's
interpretation of aide yard as it applies to co==ercial use. The City
Council's decision was to reinstate the enforcement of the ordinance as
it reads; "...Side yard: (adjacent to a street or property line):
Minimua required, thirty (30) feet."
Because the representatives of Children's World Day Care Center's plat
would be affected by the Council's decision, the representatives
submitted an alternate final plat to be considered by the Planning and
Zoning Commission.
Attached is a copy of t~e proposed final plat and an alternate final
plat for your review.
