RE: RIVERVIEW ESTATES ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT
Dear Mr. Daniel:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Riverview Estates, was approved by the Coppell City
council on Tuesday, October 8, 1991, with the following conditions:
1) that flag stone or similar entrance with irrigated divider be
provided at the Sandy Lake Road entrance;
2) that a homeowners association be established to maintain common
open spaces such as landscaping, screening fences, etc.
3) that the flood plain issue be resolved prior to final plat
filing; and
4) that alleys be provided as shown on the plat.
