RE: RIVERVlEW ESTATES ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT
Dear Mr. Daniel:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Riverview Estates, was reconmlended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 19, 1991,
with the following conditions:

that they include a flag stone or similar entrance with
irri§ated divider; and
that a homeowners association be formed to maintain common open
spaces such as landscaping, screening fences, etc.
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council
is Tuesday, October 8, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case
must be present at the City Council meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application.
