Shadydale T2-5/Re-NR 990121NOTICE OF PUBLIC I-I'EARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st day of January, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Shadydale Acres, Replat of Tracts 2,3,4, and 5, Block B, to allow the creation of 13 new residential lots on 4.155 acres of property located along the south side of Willow Lane, between Oak Trail and Shadydale Lane, at the request of Dowdey, Anderson and Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Replat request by letter* addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
