Dear Terry:
This letter is to inform you that the Shadydale Acres, Replat of Tracts 2,3,4, and
5, Block B, to allow the creation of 13 new residential lots on 4.155 acres of
property located along the south side of Willow Lane, between Oak Trail and
Shadydale Lane, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 21, 1999.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday,
February 9, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at
this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application. Please submit 17 additional folded copies of the Replat and Tree
Survey by 12 noon, Wednesday, Janua~ 27*, in order for this case to be
forward on to Council.
