Shadydale T6A/Re-CS020517 T H £ C I T Y 0 F' COPi ELL May17,2002 Mr. Steve Payne, Architect Steve Payne Architects and Builders 607 Lake Park Drive Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Case: Shadydale Acres~ Tracts 6Al & 6A2~ Block B, Replat Dear Mr. Payne: This letter is to inform you that the Shadydale Acres, Tracts 6Al & 6A2, Block B, Replat, to allow the subdivision of a 0.695 of an acre tract of land into two single-family lots located at the northwest comer of Shadydale Lane and Shady Oak Lane, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 16, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) A Tree Preservation and Retribution Plan shall be approved prior to the issuance of a building permit for these lots. 2) City Council approval of an alley waiver. 3) The existing home on this tract will be removed prior to filing this plat for record with Dallas County. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 11, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
