Coppell, Texas 75019 May9,2002 City of Coppell Planning and Zoning Coppeli, Texas RE: Shadydale Acres, Tracts 6Al and 6A2, Block B - Replat To Whom It May Concern: We are writing to voice our strong opposition to the replatting of 129 Shadydale Acres. We recently purchased a lot in Shadydale Acres, 125 Oak Trail, with the intention of building a home in the near future. The main two things that appealed to us in this neighborhood were lot size and more important, the beautiful old trees. The replat of this lot will inevitably require the removal of a great number of these trees. This will directly and adversely affect the beauty of this subdivision as well as the property value of existing homes. I implore you to reevaluate this issue. It is extremely important to the citizens of Coppell to maintain the enhancement of nature, while encouraging the growth of our city. Respectfully submitted:
