REQUEST: Requesting preliminary plat approval of Summer Place. APPLICANT: Summer Place - Coppell represented by Jim Jenne GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to develop 99 zero-lot-line single family houses on a 15.4413 acre site, adjacent to the Cottonwood Estates Subdivision. The major difference between this plat and the applicants' previous proposal is the up-grading of Carolyn Drive to a Collector Street (2 lanes undivided with 60 ft. R.O.W.). STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval of this preliminary plat is subject to the attached comments from the City Engineer.
