Dear Ed,
Attached for your information is a copy of a preliminary plot that was
filed with the City of Coppell before we purchased the property.
As you can see, the plot shows all the drainage in this area going down
into a hole in the back yard of the property to the east of us. We have
actually diverted much of the drainage away from the property in question.
