Dear Mr. Bart:
Following my review of the revised plat, I have the following comments
to make.
Need to show placement of water meter and double check valve
with written explanation for each (note the sizes).
2) Show water tie-in for the car wash on site.
If comments cannot be addressed prior to Dec. 15, 1988, Planning &
Zoning meeting, please submit a letter stating that these comments
will be addressed in the construction plans.
Also, attached you will find a letter addressing the Water and Sewer
fees. ..
