Sandy Lake Crossing (Exxon) Final Plat
Following my review of the revised plat I have the following comments
to make.
Need to show placement of water meter and double check valve with
written explanation for each (note the sizes).
Show water tie-in for the car wash on site.
Also attached you will find a letter addressing the Water and Sewer
fees.
