These should be consistent. Also, the exit should be a minimum of 25 feet in width. These are informational comments and should have no bearing on the approval of the plat: 1. Some type of slope protection may be required in the bend of Grapevine Creek adjacent to lot 45, Block B and Lot 1X, Block A. 2. A floodplain reclamation study will be required. 3. There will be no parking on the street for lots adjacent to the narrow paving for the streets and cul-de-sacs. 4. Impact fees will be required.
