LOCATION: Northeast corner of Plan'tation Drive and Coppell Road
REQUEST: Approval of a preliminary plat with variances.
APPLICANT: Centex Real Estate Development
SUMMARY: Shadow Ridge Estates, Third Increment, preliminary plat, is being
submitted along with the zoning change request for PD-107. The
issue regarding the R.O.W. width will be further addressed during
the time of the final plat.
