Selected lots along the west side of Lexington Avenue and Edmondson Drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved an Amending Plat on July 16, 1998 which corrected various bearings and dimensions on selected lots. Bethel Road is a 2-lane undivided asphalt road with drainage ditches in a 50'-wide right-of-way, proposed to be a C4D collector street with curb and gutter inside a 90'-wide right-of-way from Denton Tap Road to Grapevine Creek. DISCUSSION: The purpose of this replat is to record the new floodplain limit on Lots 36 and 37, Block B of Phase I of the Summit at the Springs subdivision and Lots 31, 34, 41, 42, and 43, Block B of Phase II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: The planning staff recommends approval of the replat. ALTERNATIVES: 1) Recommend approval of the request 2) Recommend disapproval of the request 3) Recommend modification of the request 4) Take under advisement for reconsideration at a later date.
