RE: Summit at the Sprio~_s, Ph_ase 1, Replat of Lot 3R~ Block B
Dear Terry:
This letter is to inform you that the Summit at the Springs, Pba~qe I, Replat of Lot 31~
Block B, to allow the elimination of a lot line between Lots 3 and 4, Block B for the
creation of a single residential lot on .504 acres of property located approximately 211
feet south of West Bethel Road; along the east side of Armstrong Boulevard, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, September 16, 1999, subject to the following condition:
1) All easements must remain clear of obstructions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 12,
1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this ease must be present at this meeting. Failure
to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. In order to forward your
proposal to Council, please submit by 12 noon Wednesday, September 29th, 17 folded
copies of the Replat drawing, plus three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions.
