The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 16th day of September, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of the Summit at the Springs, Phase I, Replat of Lot 3R, Block B, to allow the
elimination a lot line between Lots 3 and 4, Block B for the creation of a single residential lot on
.504 acres of property located approximately 211 feet south of West Bethel Road; along the east
side of Armstrong Boulevard, at the request of Terry Holmes. All interested citizens of the City
of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this Replat request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

creation of a single residential lot on .504 acres of property located approximately 211 feet south

Holmes. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
