Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that Summit at the Springs, Phase II, Final Plat, to allow the
development of 13 residential lots as the final phase of a residential subdivision located along
the south side of Bethel Road, approximately 1,000' west of Denton Tap Road, was approved
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 19, 1996, subject to
the following condition:
1) Show street width of Stanton Court.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit, this Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County
Plat Records Department. Approval is valid for six (6) months. If the Final Plat has not been
filed for record with the County prior to June 19, 1997, the plat shall be deemed null and void
and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing
Final Plats and Replats.
