Please label ail common areas, such as 32X, 33X, 41X.
Lot number for 41X should be changed to avoid confusion with Lot 41 adjacent to it.
Floodplain note should be revised to state "The City will have no responsibility of
maintenance of the floodway/floodplain". Also, add sentence that states "No fences
will be allowed in the floodplain along with any other structures as per the City's
Floodplain Ordinance."
Consideration should be given to including a portion of Lot 31 into Lot 32X.
