Floodplain note should be revised to state "The City will have no responsibility of maintenance of the floodway/floodplain". Also, add sentence that states "No fences will be allowed in the floodplain along with any other structures as per the City's Floodplain Ordinance." Consideration should be given to including a portion of Lot 31 into Lot 32X.
