The following conditions apply: (1) (2) (3) (4) The access easement must be shown on the plat; only one (1) entrance will be allowed on Denton Tap Road; problems regarding the M.U.D. must be resolved prior to submittal of a Final Plat; a masonry screening wall to separate Lots 1 and 2 be installed; and Lot 2 must not be developed until such time that there is a complete public access street dedicated for that purpose.
