Increase the number of needlepoint holly from 40 to about 125. Extend the hedge
treatment around the western parking space to the dumpster screenwall. Continue
the hedge along the edge of the sidewalk northeasterly from the dumpster
screenwall and then southeasterly about 50 feet. Extend the hedge from its
proposed southeastern end northeasterly alongside the east front parking space
and alongside the driveway pavement around the curve with a 20' radius to its
end. Match that treatment with a mirror image on the east side of the entrance
drive.

Provide description of materials in the monument sign and specify roofing and
brick selection. Bring a color board of building materials to the May 7th DRC
meeting.
When will the Town Center Architectural Review Board's recommendations be
available?
Landscape Plan is short 6 trees.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations
should not be followed when you attend the May 7th Development Review Committee (DRC)
meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the May 7th DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the
project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, May 12th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised
plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
