BEING a 15 f%. wide Drainage Easement situated in the John Vest Survey
Abstract' No. 1508 in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas; and
being a part of that certain tract conveyed to Thomas J. Mchale on
October 19, 1976 as recorded in the Deed Records of Dallas County,
Texas; and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at 1/2" iron rod found on the centerline of Coppell Road
(Variable width ROW), and on the East line of said John Vest Survey;
said point being South 0~ 47'50" East a distance of 182.01 ft. from a
railroad spike found at the Northeast corner of said Vest Survey;
THENCE South 89° 55'22" West, departing said centerline for a distance
of 117.50 ft. to a point for corner;
THENCE North 0~ 04'37" West, for a distance of 15.00 ft.
