Requesting final plat approval of Sherwood Park, Phase II General Homes Corporation represented by Sam Wyse The applicant is requesting final plat approval of Section II, Sherwood Park Addition. The final plat consists of 104 individual duplex lots located within a "TH-2" Townhouse II zoning district. The development meets the minimum standard of the subdivision ordinance regulations and minimum lot dimensions approved on the preliminary plat. This is the final phase of the Sherwood Park Development being developed by General Homes Corporation. STAFF EVALUATION: Since the plat meets all submittal requirements, an approval is recommended of this final plat. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: This development was initially approved in preliminary form June 1983. At that time, the applicants approval consisted of 70% masonary construction and carport covering instead of complete enclosed parking. Since that time, the applicant, General Homes, has pursued architectural designs that will consist of 80% masonary construction and will facilitate one completely enclosed parking space per unit. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 5-0 vote. SB/asm
