Dear Mark:
This letter is to inform you that the Sonic Addition, Replat of Lot 1R, Block A, and Minor
Plat, to incorporate approximately 882 square feet of land to an existing .78-acre site and
allow a reduction in new parking spaces from 13 to 12 and a modification to the face of the
monument sign located at 201 N. Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 16, 1999, with no
conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 11,
2000, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
Please submit 17 additional copies of the Replat/Minor Plat by 12 noon~ Tuesda¥~ December
