by the City. No development is planned at this time.
STAFF EVALUATION: This proposed replat fulfills the requirements of the
Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Coppell.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The P & Z Commission recommended approval (5-0) of this replat.

Final Plat
Gentlemen:
We have reviewed the final plat as prepared by Texas Land Surveyors of
Irving and have no objections to this final plat as presented. It is
our understanding that this is merely a replat of some land that has been
abandoned by the city and is not a subdivision of land. It is noted that
there are no utilities shown, and it is noted that there are no requests
for variances.
It is our recommendation that this final plat be approved.
