Please be advised that we have reviewed the amendments to the recreational
easement provided to the City of Coppeil in reference to a Hike & Bike Trail on what is
referred to as Clarinda Square Survey, Abstract Number 1327, regarding Vista Ridge. I
have reviewed the amendments and they comport with my concerns regarding an
easement for this property for the construction of a Hike & Bike Trail for the City's
recreational use and maintenance.
