Developer has agreed to place funds in escrow as soon as the final plat is approved by the City Council. HISTORY: ZC-519 and the preliminary plat for Shadowridge Estates, 4th Increment was approved by the City Council on June 1989, along with variances as requested. 13, SUMMARY: Staff has no objections to this request. REQUEST: Applicant is requesting approval of a final plat with a variance request to: (1) allow the spacing between the end of line cleanout and manhole on the sanitary sewer line to be 250 feet; and, (2) allow the minimum lot width to be 67 feet; the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance requires 75 feet in (SF-9) districts.
