Final Plat & Construction Plans
Dear Taryon:
We have no objections to the final plat as submitted.
Regarding the construction plans, we are currently working with
the applicant to accommodate the minor revisions needed at this
time.
An escrow agreement needs to be secured with the applicant at
this time for their 1/2 obligation for the construction of Bethel
School Road. The escrow, based on an estimated $100.00 per front
foot cost, results in an amount of $48,071.00 being due at this
time.
