Shadowridge P4/PP-CS 890303March 3, 1989 Development Review Committee City of Coppell 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Committee Members: It is the intent of Centex Real Estate Corporation to create a Home Owners Association which will encompass the proposed Shadow Ridge Estates Fourth Increment and the future "Day Care Center" site. Shadow Ridge Estates Fourth Increment will include the nine single family residences located immediately West of Plantation Drive. The future "Day Care Center Site" is that site located immediately East of Plantation Drive. This association will provide for upkeep of the existing landscape, wall and irrigation improvements (excluding medians) at the intersection of Bethel School Road and Plantation Drive. This decision was made after discusions with members of your committee after its meeting of Tuesday, February 28, 1989. We are currently in the process of drafting an Owners Association Agreement for submission to the City. It is not complete as of this time, but is forthcoming. The agreement will be delivered to the City as soon as it is completed and certified. Your consideration of this situation will be greatly appreciated.
