APPLICANT: Centex Development Company SUMMARY: Applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat, which would allow for the development of nine (9) single-family lots, and a variance for the spacing between the end of line cleanout and manhole on the sanitary sewer line to be 250 feet. (Subdivision Ordinance requires distances to be no greater that 200 feet). ALTERNATIVES: 1) 2~ Approve the final plat with variance to allow the spacing between the end of line cleanout and manhole on the sanitary sewer line to be 250 feet. Deny the preliminary plat.
