located along the south side of Belt Line Road, east of Mac,4rthur Boulevard,

The proposed private water line for fire protection must be located in a private water
easement, not a public utility easement. Therefore the fire line will need to be relocated
outside of the proposed 10' public utility easement and placed in a private water line
easement or the proposed public utility easement should be relabeled as a private utility
easement.
The preliminary utility plan dated January 14, 2000 that was submitted to the City showed
the detector meter and double check vaults to be located south of the 24' fire lane and
access easement instead of adjacent to Belt Line Road. Those meters need to be located
north of the fire lane and access easement adjacent to Belt Line Road. They will probably
need to be located in a water utility easement south of the proposed Hike and Bike Trail
easement.
