Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Stoneleigh at Riverchase, Preliminary Plat, to allow the
development of a 360-unit apartment complex on 20.5 acres of property located along the south
side of Riverchase Drive, approximately 645' east of MacArthur Boulevard, was approved by
the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, January 14, 1997, subject to the following conditions:
1)
No requirement of a Hike and Bike trail easement or construction of same, as was
alluded to during the DRC discussions.
Work with Staff regarding landscaping of the garage islands. Also, an Irrigation Plan must be
submitted to the Engineering Department.
Please note that the City and D.A.R.T. must enter into a Development Agreement regarding the
construction of Fairway Drive and the railroad crossing, as well as determining a possible traffic
light location. Both the Development Agreement and the stop light issue must be brought ,back
to Council before approval of the Stoneleigh at Riverchase, Final Plat will be considered.
