Dear Pert:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of November 26, 1996 regarding the milling of the
preliminary plat for the referenced project. It is our understanding that we have been included on
the agenda for the December 19, 1996 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Further, it is our
understanding that we do not have to submit a new Subdivision Application, application fee, or
additional copies of the preliminary plat, site plan, or landscaping plan for said Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting.
