1. Show signature block for franchise utilities.
Show visibility sight triangle easements
at ingress/egress points.
2. Construct 12' wide 100' storage w/100' transition deceleration lane into main entrance.
3. Provide a 5' utility/sidewalk easement.
4. Provide utility plans and drainage area map. Any encroachment into DART right-of-
way including drainage will require a permit from DART.
5. Traffic impact study required.
6. Driveways must be spaced a minimum of 100 feet. Therefore, the western driveway
