Dear Mr. Wagner:
The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment heard your two-part request for a variance on
January 9, 1997, for the proposed Stoneleigh at Riverchase.
The Board voted to grant your request for a special exception from Section 18-4 of the City's
Zoning Ordinance, to reduce the number of parking spaces from the required 912 to 830
parking spaces. In addition, the Board voted to grant your request for a variance to allow for
the placement of two 36-cubic yard trash compactors, in lieu of the required twelve 6-cubic
yard dumpsters, with the stipulation that curbside trash pickup be maintained on a three-times-
per-week basis, as you outlined.
