1. Please comments as to why this property is being replatted.
2. There is an existing 16" and 30" water line in this generally area. I am concerned about
cutting off access to this easement.
3. Please show the existing screening wall on the plat.
4. If the property trying to be incorporated imo Lots 10 and 11 is part of the Homeowners
Association on the original Stonemeade Plat, has the Homeowners Association given
permission for that property to be incorporated into these lots?
