The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 1 lth day
of July, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a replat of
Stonemeade Estates, Lots 10 and 11, Block 'A', at the request of Dowdey, Anderson and
Associates, Inc., to change the rear lot line on the two properties, on property generally
described as follows: at the intersection of Garden Grove and Flintshire Way. All interested
citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning the proposed replat request by letter addressed to the City
of Copper Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, CoppeR, Texas 75019.
