re: Taco Bell Preliminary Plat
Steve Tinnin raised the question as to trees and shrubs on utility easements. According to the
landscape plans submitted, 3 proposed trees appear to be within a planned 20' utility easement
along the property frontage and a proposed hedge row appears to cross a planned 5' gas-line
easement between the south property line and proposed building. By copy of this letter I am
advising our engineering department of the potential conflicts, so that we can resolve them prior
to final plat approval.
