Page1 I From: John Elias To: Marcie Diamond Date: Fri, Jul 27, 2001 1:32 PM Subject: Greenbriar at Riverchase Marcie, I have reviewed the revised plans submitted by Gold Landscape for this project, I also spoke with Aaron Gold on the phone this week. At our request he has made (4) changes. 1) Put screening along the East side of property back, as it was on 1998 approved plan. 2) Replace the use of Bradford Pear trees with Aristocrat Pear trees. 3) Replace the use of Dwarf Wax Myrtle with Standard Wax Myrtle. 4) Replace the use of Lorapetalum with Red Barberry. As I said to you in our phone conversation, my only real concern with this project was the removal of the screening on the east side. Andrea and myself are in the process of adding both dwarf wax myrtle and Iorapetalum to the city plant palette. I also know for a fact that they have planted a few Bradford Pear trees on this site. Aaron Gold assured me he would go back and change those trees out. I assured Aaron that I do know the difference between the two. At this point I would recommend accepting the changes to the landscape plan. Call me if you have any questions Thank You John Elias Park Planner / Landscape Manager 3554
