MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 118 Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Sherrill Acres~ Preliminary, Plat Dear Dr. and Mrs. Sherrill: This letter is to inform you that the Sherrill Acres, Preliminary Plat, to subdivide 4.5 acres of property into three (3) lots located along the south side of E. Beltline Road, approximately 2,300 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 16, 2000, subject to the following conditions: 1) City Council's approval of a variance to the driveway spacing requirement, allowing a 146.5 foot separation between the western driveway and the existing driveway serving Blooming Colors. 2) The easement adjacent to Beltline Road needs to be labeled "24-foot fire lane and mutual access easement", deleting the word "drainage." 3) At the time of final platting of Lot 2, an additional access point to Lot 3 will be provided. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 11, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. Please revise appropriate drawings and submit 17 copies of the Preliminary Plat, plus revised 8½ x 11 copies, by 12 noon~ Wednesday~ March 29th, in order to forward your case on to Council.
