The Landscape plan needs to be sealed by a Licensed by I_atndscape Architect or
bonafide Nurseryman and the Irrigation Plan needs to be sealed by a Licensed
Landscape Irrigator.
Finalize the quantities of the plants going to be used on site and indicate it clearly
on the Landscape Legend (please no marked up quantities).
Building line should be set behind the fire lane.
Expect a monument sign discussion.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations
provide reasons why our comments should not be followed when you attend the
November 2, 1995 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the November
2nd DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the
meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 7th to resubmit seventeen (17)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies and one (1)
transparency of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
The undersigned, the City Secretary of the City of Coppell, Texas, hereby certifies that the
preliminary plat of the Subdivision or Addition to the
City of Coppell was submitted to the City Council on the day of .,
19 , and that the Council, by formal action, then and there approved the preliminary plat
and by separate motion designated the Planning and Zoning Commission to be the Municipal
Authority responsible for the approval of the Final Subdivision Plat of such land and the Final
Subdivision Plat of such land need not be brought back for final approval of the City Council
unless, through inaction on the part of the Planning and Zoning Commission, such Final
Subdivision Plat is deemed approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission for failure to act
within the 30-day period required by law.
