1. As per conversation with Steve Tinnin of Huitt-Zollars, Inc., an additional 20' utility
easement may be required for the location of the proposed sewer line.
Landscaping Plans:
2. Proposed trees shall be located outside of the sight visibility triangle.
3. Please label 5' sidewalk.
4. Show the existing brick paver band at the south access driveway on Denton Tap Road.
