Commerce Jacksonville, TX 75766 RE: Taco Bell, Final Hat Dear Mr. Durrett: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Taco Bell, Final Plat, to allow the development of a drive-through restaurant on property located on the west side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 574 feet north of Sandy Lake Road, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 16, 1995. Please note that a 20' off-site utility easement will be required for the construction of the proposed sewer line. Since Council authorized the Harming and Zoning Commission to be the final authority on this Final Plat, please be advised that no construction may begin until this plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months. If it has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to May 16, 1996, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats. Also, please refer to the samples of the signature blocks which need to appear on the Final Plat.
