Dear Ms. Moro:
The final plat for the above referenced project was approved by the Coppell City Council on
September 8, 1999. According to the City's subdivisions ordinance, the plat must be submitted to
the City for filing by March 8, 1999 or the City's approval is nullified.
Due to business considerations, the owner may desire to postpone the filing of the plat until after
this deadline date.
Please accept this letter as a formal request for an extension of time for an additional six months
before filing of the plat is required.
