Dear Mr. Hargrave:
The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment heard your request for a special exception on
August 1, 1996, for the property located at the northwest comer of Sandy Lake and Denton
Tap Roads.
The Board voted to grant your request for a special exception from Sections 31~6-27 and 34-
1-8(B) of the City's Zoning Ordinance to allow for a reduction in the number of parking
spaces by 48 spaces, and to allow for a reduction in the number of landscape islands within
parking areas for the purpose of enlarging the size of the islands provided to save more
existing trees, as was presented on the drawing, signed and dated on August 1, 1996.
