FYI. Two colors of signage were allowed at the above referenced center, white and off-white or ivory. We
had anticipated that once the first sign was attached to the building, all other tenants would opt for the
same color. Apparently Chili's preferred the ivory, hence, its "odd" color. Hopefully, the remaining
signage will be more consistent although either color is allowed.
